Who can use this?

You and your immediate family β€” that includes your spouse or partner and children aged 16 to 24 in full-time education who live in the same household. There is no limit on the number of times you can call.

Formal counselling

If you need more than a single call, Health Assured can arrange formal counselling sessions β€” in person, by telephone, or by video. Online CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) is also available.

Critical incident support

Trauma-trained counsellors are available if you experience a serious incident. They focus on helping you return to your routine as quickly as possible, with follow-up counselling available across the UK.
